Ribbon

Ribbon is a textile design that has been thoughtfully recreated by the Liberty Design Studio from renowned couturier and interior designer Federico Forquet’s 1969 original. Working only from a reference photograph, the designers meticulously re-painted the intertwined ribbon in soft tones of gouache. The motif of the ribbon infinitely intertwining is aptly evocative of the lemniscate.
